  • You should have your Events E-Tickets “LEILI THEATER” Ready on your phone or print them out at the entrance door. Our representatives can prevent individuals from entering without a ticket barcode. Please ensure you have your barcode with you before entering the hall.

  • KB Production & Event "Organizer" shall not be responsible for any transportation delay/cancellation.​

  • KB Production & Event "Organizer" shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen/damaged personal property of clients at Events.​

  • KB Production & Event "Organizer" is not responsible for the agreed-upon terms in case of natural disasters, union–employee strikes, or entertainers' inability to perform.

  • No disputes will be allowed on credit card charges.​ By purchasing the ticket, you agree to absolutely no dispute terms.

  • KB Production & Event "Organizer" shall not be responsible for your late check-in to the theater, and the total amount is not refundable.​

• Cancellation Policy:

  • There are no returns or cancellations after Dec 15, 2025, as all sales are final from this date.

  • ​All returned tickets are subject to a 5% cancellation fee till Dec 14th, 2025.
